What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
For our standard pouch sizes, the minimum order quantity is 500 pouches per design (SKU).
Each individual design must meet the 500-piece minimum. You cannot combine smaller quantities across different designs to reach 500 — every SKU must be at least 500 units.
For custom-sized pouches, the minimum order quantity is 5,000 total pieces. However, you can split that total across multiple designs, as long as:
- Each design has at least 500 units, and
- All designs share the same size, film type, finish, and pouch features.
These minimums help offset production setup and material changeovers while keeping quality high and waste low.
